THT works closely with its clients offering: In-house training tailored programmes to suit their particular needs. Identifying skills needs in the workplace by doing field observation visits. Uses the clients workplace and skill facilities to create an active learning environment. We adopt various methods of training to ensure that the sessions are not only theoretical concepts and principles but contextualised for practice. Sessions are participative, making use of role play and other psychologically motivation methods, exercises, team work and question and answer sessions. We develop new staff providing them with opportunities to acquire skills specific to their role. THT works closely with individuals wishing to enter the hospitality and tourism industry We offer a number of job specific courses aimed at assisting new members to enter into the industry with confidence in their skill. We offer certificates to all trainees upon completion and passing the course. Our training is carried out in small groups ensuring individual attention and quality courses. We focus on providing our trainees with unrestricted guidance to give them the best possible chance of success. We offer on line courses so that everyone has the opportunity to benefit by being able to learn a skill from any destination.
